PREJUDICE
Priceless smiles tagged to immense joy,
Unseen deep within the sobs, the cry;
The spark of smiles vivid,
Hid behind stories million;
To this added, another million,
Ocean of assumptions;
Genuine causes, wrapped up were they,
Heartfelt reasons, crumpled were they;
Demanded realignment, debris of truth,
Virtuous cry was fair,
Brave as lion, meek as mice,
Both were tried being wise,
Thousands of questions were put;
World so huge, undemocratic it seems,
Questions unattended, unanswered it leaves;
From far there were waves of perseverance,
Perseverance for what?
The unsaid truth or declared prejudgment;
In vain perished self, crystal clear as water;
Who sees with equal eyes,
As God of all?
Ripples of prejudice shook it all,
The lives-prejudice rules it all.
